Ingredients

1 Loaf of Texas Toast or Egg Bread

8 Eggs

1 8oz package of cream cheese

1 1/2 cup Half & Half

3/4 cup Maple syrup

6 TBSP Melted Butter

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Cube 1/2 of the loaf of bread.

Cut cream cheese into 32 squares and scatter over bread.

Cover with remaining loaf of bread-cubed.

Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.

Pour over bread.

Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350.

Serve with warm syrup.

You can use any bread as the base - I didn't have a lot of any one kind, so used a mixture of French, whole grain, a tea biscuit, and white. It was delicious.
