Ingredients
  • MUFFINS
  • 1-1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh Raspberries or chopped Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • STREUSEL
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degress.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
  3. In a smaller bowl combine milk, butter and eggs. Add to dry ingredients and mix until moist.
  4. Spoon half of the batter into greased and floured muffin pans (I use Baker's Joy), or you can use paper cups.
  5. Divide berries evenly in muffin cups. Top each with remaining batter.
  6. Thoroughly combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over muffins.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes. Best served warm, good cool too.
