How to make it

  • In a saucepan, saute onion and almonds in butter until the onions are tender and the almonds lightly brown. Add broth and bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 7 or 8 minutes till all the liquid is gone. Fluff and serve = )
