Honey - Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1.5 kg. chicken cuted into pieces

1/3 cup margarine, melted

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ground pepper

1tsp. curry powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Arrange in shallow baking pan, skin side up the chicken and set aside.

Combine and pour over the chicken the rest of the ingredients.

Bake 1 1/4 hour, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and nicely brown.
