How to make it

  • Dust chicken cubes in cornstarch
  • saute on high in olive oil until browned
  • add onion, mushrooms, rosemary, 1/2 cup wine, salt and pepper, butter
  • turn heat down to medium, cover, cook for 15 mts or until veg tender
  • add more liquid as necessary for amount of gravy you desire
  • thicken to your liking with cornstarch and water if needed
  • goes well with rice, egg noodles, mashed potatoes
