Oyster Stew Recipe

Ingredients

1-8oz can cooked oysters

2-T butter

1/4-t Worchestershire Sauce

1/2 Cup Celery, cut fine

2 Cups hot milk (or half and half)

Sherry Wine

Papricka

Directions

Simmer celery in butter until tender

Add Worchestershire Sauce and oysters with their juice

Heat until oysters begin to curl (don't overheat)

Add hot milk (heated seperately)

Season with Sherry

Garnish with Papricks, if desired
