How to make it

  • Simmer celery in butter until tender
  • Add Worchestershire Sauce and oysters with their juice
  • Heat until oysters begin to curl (don't overheat)
  • Add hot milk (heated seperately)
  • Season with Sherry
  • Garnish with Papricks, if desired

    I love oysters... anyway they are cooked. Will try this as soon as the weather permits... Looks real good, and I have never used canned oysters... First time for everything!
