Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1- 8oz package mushrooms, sliced
  • 2-1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • Buns

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms in melted butter over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
  2. Set aside to let cool.
  3. Preheat grill for medium heat.
  4. In a large bowl combine the ground beef, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt & pepper.
  5. Shape mixture into 16 patties.
  6. Spoon mushrooms onto 8 of the patties to 1/2-inch of edge.
  7. Top each mushroom patty with one slice of cheese.
  8. Top with remaining patties, pinch edges to seal.
  9. Grill over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
  10. Serve on toasted buns if desired.
