Ingredients
- 8 oz. Feta cheese
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 Tbs. spring onion
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 roma tomato chopped fine for garnish on top
Directions
- Directions
- 1. Put all ingredients except tomato in food processor,
- (blender works just as well).
- 2. Blend until creamy.
- 3. Put into serving bowl, top with tomatoes.
- 4. Serve with Kalamata olives, fresh figs, tomatoes
- and flat bread on the side.
