Ingredients
  • 1 c HELLMANS MAYONNAISE
  • 3 tb MINCED ONION
  • 1-1/2 ts MINCED GARLIC
  • 1/3 c MINCED PARSLEY
  • 1/2 c SOUR CREAM
  • 1 tb LEMON JUICE
  • 1 tb CIDER VINEGAR
  • 1/2 c BLUE CHEESE, CRUMBLED
  • 1/3 c BLUE CHEESE, CRUMBLED ON SIDE
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  • Substitute 1 tb Cognac for Cider Vinegar for a change

Directions
  1. BLEND ALL BUT 1/3 C BLUE CHEESE UNTIL WELL MIXED. TRANSFER TO SERVING BOWL AND ADD RESERVED 1/3 C CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
  2. REFRIGERATE TO ALLOW INGREDIENTS TO BLEND.
