I really like these cookies! They are soft and crunchy.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies

Directions
  1. Cream margarine and sugars.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix together.
  4. Stir in oats, coconut and Rice Krispies.
  5. Drop by heaping spoonful onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
