This is an incredible dressing for both a green salad or fruit salad. This is one I made up last summer when I had raspberries on hand. It is now a regular when I want a change of pace and have raspberries on hand. Read more Yummy. See less

Ingredients

1/2 cup whole raspberries, whole, fresh or frozen shopping list
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar shopping list
1/2 cup honey shopping list
1 cup olive oil shopping list

How to make it

Place raspberries, vinegar and honey in food processor.
Turn on and slowly add olive oil.
The dressing will be slightly thick.

Numm-sounds awesome. I love the raspberry vinagarette. I have some toasted walnut oil that I think I will try with this too. Thanks for a great post. I would love to try this with blackberries too...**GRIN**.
