Raspberry Dressing Recipe

This is an incredible dressing for both a green salad or fruit salad. This is one I made up last summer when I had raspberries on hand. It is now a regular when I want a change of pace and have raspberries on hand. Yummy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole raspberries, whole, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions
- Place raspberries, vinegar and honey in food processor.
- Turn on and slowly add olive oil.
- The dressing will be slightly thick.
