How to make it
- Beat eggs until frothy, add alittle milk to make it go further
- Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture then in flour to completely coat
- Fry until cooked. Set aside
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over precooked chicken
- Bake @ 350 for approx. 45 mins. (basting occasionally) Sauce will thicken. Serve over white rice. Enjoy!!!!
