This dish is sweet but tangy also. Make it once and I bet you will be making it again and again If you like extra sauce to put over rice or ect. , double the sauce

  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1/2 c vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • milk

Directions
  1. Beat eggs until frothy, add alittle milk to make it go further
  2. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture then in flour to completely coat
  3. Fry until cooked. Set aside
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over precooked chicken
  5. Bake @ 350 for approx. 45 mins. (basting occasionally) Sauce will thicken. Serve over white rice. Enjoy!!!!
