How to make it

  • In a bowl, cut the avocado into chunks and pour the lemon juice over it.
  • Chop the onion in a food processor.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, except lettuce, into the food processor and process until creamy.
  • Spoon the food processor mixture into the avocado and mix.
  • Spoon some of the mixture into the lettuce leaves and wrap.
  • Add more or less jalapeños to your liking.

    I absolutely love the Asian style lettuce wraps, and this recipe sounds just as worthy...can't wait to try this one - it would make a great, low-carb lunch.
