This is a quick and easy asian pasta dish thats very tasty....

Ingredients
  • 1 pound whole wheat angel hair pasta
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups snow peas trimmed
  • 3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons plum sauce
  • 3 scallions, white and green parts, finely chopped.

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, plum sauce, and scallions; set aside.
  2. Prepare the pasta according to package directions; place in a large bowl.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Add the peppers and snow peas and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, or until tender crisp.
  5. Toss the veggies with the pasta.
  6. Add the reserved sauce mixture and toss to thoroughly coat.
  7. Serve warm or refrigerate to serve cold.
