Enchilada Casserole

Family favorite when our kids were young. Great to prepare when getting home from work and while baking you have time to help with homework.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can chopped green chiles shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 12 corn tortillas cut in eight wedges shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the meat.
- Season meat with salt and pepper.
- Mix the soups, mllk and green chiles and meat.
- Layers soup mix, tortillas, soup mix, tortillas, ending with soup mix.
- Top with cheese.
