How to make it

  • mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl and marinade the salmon fillets in it for 15 mins.
  • take the oil in a non stick frying pan.
  • heat the pan on medium flame.
  • fan fry the marinated fillets from all sides for 10 mins or till the fillets change colour
  • serve hot on a bed of steamed rice or green salad.
  • goes well with a glass of white wine.
  • can be alternatively grilled in the oven( on medium for 5 mins on each side) or barbequed.

    The picture of this salmon looks so good. I'm not familiar with alot of the spices, are any of them hot? I don't like hot :) I saved this recipe, thank you for it.

    Thank you I make mine similar but just throw all the spices in pan as I am cookingsalmon in olive oil. I really like doing it the way you do. I will marinate it first. I have salmon almost everyday for lunch & usually just hurry!I use everything except the garum masala. Where do I buy that??Lol
