How could anyone give this recipe a 2-fork rating!! It sounds wonderful and fairly healthy (low fat dairy products are always an option). There's no accounting for some peoples tastes.

I finally made this--for dinner tonight. I thought it was lovely. The flavors really blend well. Served it with brown basmati rice, which went perfectly with the richness of the casserole. I'll be making this recipe again. Thanks.
