This is like a fruit cake for those who don't like the candied fruit. It is great for the holidays & easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 3 c ups unsifted flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups mashed bananas ( 3 large)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3/4 cup white raisins

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together. DO NOT BEAT!!
  2. Pour into greased bundt pan
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
