Banana Pineapple Nut Ring

This is like a fruit cake for those who don't like the candied fruit. It is great for the holidays & easy to make.
Ingredients
- 3 c ups unsifted flour shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups oil shopping list
- 8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice shopping list
- 1 tsp rum extract shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups mashed bananas ( 3 large) shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 3/4 cup white raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together. DO NOT BEAT!!
- Pour into greased bundt pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
