How to make it

  • Chop up everything and mix it all together in a bowl.
  • I like to let it stand for a couple of hours covered (and this made the flavors even more intense)... Or let chill in fridge until it is time to use if it will be a while before you are using it.
  • Serve with a fresh green salad and some steamed fish.
  • **Option**I have made little parcels with tin-foil for a fillet of salmon and topped each steak with some salsa and juices before sealing up the tin-foil. It flavors the fish wonderfully!**
