A Citrus Salsa

- 2 tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1 lemon, chopped shopping list
- 1 orange, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon orange juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- ¼ cup coriander leaves, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Chop up everything and mix it all together in a bowl.
- I like to let it stand for a couple of hours covered (and this made the flavors even more intense)... Or let chill in fridge until it is time to use if it will be a while before you are using it.
- Serve with a fresh green salad and some steamed fish.
- **Option**I have made little parcels with tin-foil for a fillet of salmon and topped each steak with some salsa and juices before sealing up the tin-foil. It flavors the fish wonderfully!**
