How to make it

  • Cook bacon until crisp, or to your liking, and drain.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  • With a serrated knife, slice the bread in half horizontally.
  • If desired, and I do this, scoop out some of the bread from each half and save in a zipper-loc baggie for future use. Makes it more managable.
  • Spread the cut sides of the bread with the mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle sprouts over the bottom half.
  • Peel, pit and slice the avocado; sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent darkening.
  • Arrange avocado evenly over sprouts.
  • Top with bacon, cheese, tomatoes and olives.
  • Cover with the top half of the bread.
  • To serve, cut into individual portions.
