How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Boil ziti not al dente but soft, drain all water and set aside, cover to keep warm if necessary
  • In the meantime while the ziti is cooking melt butter in large saucepan add onions and garlic cook til translucent
  • add soup and chicken broth and chicken (or turkey) and bring to a boil
  • Lower heat to medium
  • add leftover stuffing (if none flavored croutons sage, rosemary thyme flavored etc will work)
  • add veggies
  • let all heat through and don't worry about the stuffing getting soggy it will, it's the flavor and thick texture you want, and pour in corn starch water slurry and bring to a full boil again and let thicken
  • add ziti
  • add pepper
  • salt to taste
  • Pour all in a 9X12 baking dish
  • Place biscuits on top of mixture and bake at 350 degrees til biscuits are golden brown and done inside approx 18 - 20 minutes
  • let sit 5 minutes
  • serve
