MOJITO BY THE PITCHER Recipe

How to make it

  • Place limes, mint and sugar into a pitcher. Using a muddle stick or wooden spoon mash to release mint oils, and dissolve sugar.
  • Add rum and lots of ice topped with soda.
  • When you serve make sure some mint leaves and lime quarters are in each glass.
