  • Note: Like Wild Willie, I don't know who Sadie is but she hails from Natchitoches, Louisiana, which is pronounced [NAK-ah-dish]. This is where scenes from "Steel Magnolias" was filmed. Her dressing is used in a cold shrimp and macaroni salad but it is equally good, as a dressing with a twist, on other fare.
