Ingredients

How to make it

  • Chop and saut the onion until tender in the butter.
  • Add the onion, diced potatoes, sliced or diced carrot and parsley to the broth and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  • Kosher Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the wine and garlic at the end of cooking.
  • Do not overcook the potatoes.

    Anyone and everyone...but it is a Russian custom and a cute name ...kind of makes you want to make a soup.Smells terrific while cooking..I know cause I was up til 6 . Bad nite here...but we shall keep going because God is so good to us. How do I know? He sent a friend like you.Guess what I had for lunch? This soup LOLThanks for the rating.
