How to make it

  • Mix soup and onion soup mix.
  • Add 1/2 cup milk and mix well.
  • Season roast by rubbing in generously pepper and garlic. (Do not add salt.)
  • Place roast in pan with lid.
  • Add soup around roast.
  • Place other veggies around roast.
  • Cover, bake at 350ºF for about 4 hours.
  • Stir before serving
  • A walk in the park !!!!

    I'm a hunter, and got a nice roast in the deep freeze. Guess I'll have to take it out this weekend.

    In arkansas that is road kill ugh. But lots of hunters here so the butchers carry some and I will make it while watching the family of deer I have been leaving food out for in the woods,,,just no bunny stew puleeeeeze!
