How to make it

  • This is a small recipe for one large or two salads.
  • To make the vinaigrette, put the ingredients into a jar with tight lid and shake vigorously to emulsify the dressing. Pour onto salad, toss and serve.
  • Shake prior to each use.
  • Keep in refrigerator
