How to make it

  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt.
  • Cream butter and sugar, beat in pumpkin, yogurt and milk. Blend in dry ingredients. Do not overwork the batter.
  • Pat together into a round of dough on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper and mark 8 wedges into the top of the dough.
  • Bake at 350 deg for 12 to 15 minutes.
