A rich, creamy version of the usual tuna noodle casserole. Great for family and company, served with simple steamed veggies and a crisp salad. This gets rave reviews whenever I serve it.

I'm the only one in my family who loves tuna, but they ate it up like candy served this way! ;-)
Excellent!

I tried this tonight - tasted great, except: I didn't realize I had Italian breadcrumbs until I was already a-sprinkling. Gave the whole thing an unexpected wang. I'll try it again in a couple weeks!

This tasted better the second day! Also, I added a dash of lemon pepper to the leftovers, which gave it a little zing. Did you ever try another cheese besides Muenster? Don't get me wrong, it's great with it!

Great recipe! I make a really cheap tuna casserole and this is a great way to jazz it up a bit.
