    Oh thank you, thank you, thank you!!! My oldest daughter LOVES peanut butter cookies and I keep promising to make them. I have a couple of recipes but I'm not all that impressed with them. I will give this a try and I know that a special someone will be extremely HAPPY!!!
    P.S. Hubby has gone organic on me so it's organic all the way ;-)

    Sounds great, good post, love peanut butter cookies. Have you ever made the one's without flour, they are surprisingly good.
