Excellent way to prepare cheaper pork cuts. Slow cooker recipe so it's good for busy folks.

Ingredients
  • 3-4 lb Pork Roast
  • 2 cloves garlic, cut into pieces
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. thyme
  • 1 t. grated lemon peel
  • ½ t. sage
  • ¼ t. rosemary
  • ¼ t. tarragon or chervil
  • Dash allspice or cloves
  • ½ c. water

Directions
  1. Make slits in roast and insert garlic pieces.
  2. Combine salt, herbs and lemon peel; Rub into roast
  3. Pour water into crockpot
  4. Add roast
  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
