Midwest Casserole

- 5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 2 lbs. sausage (your favorte sausage will do!) shopping list
- 2 c. Cheddar or monterey jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- garlic salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the potatoes with garlic salt and pepper in olive oil.
- In separate pan fry the sausage until cooked through. Drain grease from both.
- In casserole dish, mix fried sausage, potatoes, and both cans of soup. Mix well to make sure everything is covered. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Serve!
