Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients
- pumpkin Waffles shopping list
- 2 ½ C flour shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- ½ tsp ginger shopping list
- ½ tsp nutmeg shopping list
- ¼ tsp cloves shopping list
- ½ tsp soda shopping list
- 1 tsp powder shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- ¼ C unsalted butter, melted shopping list
- (salted butter may be used) shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 C buttermilk shopping list
- 1 C pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2 C drk brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together dry ingredients
- Blend “wet” ingredients, mix in dry ingredients until completely blended
- Bake in lightly sprayed waffle iron about 5 to 7 minutes or until steam stops or indicator light changes
- Serve with syrup, whipped cream or ice cream (yes, for breakfast.....it's a dairy item, right?)
