Wunderbar Banana Cake!!
I recently made this for a tea party i had with some family friends; everyone adored it.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup crushed bananas (or 3 ripe bananas)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat in eggs. Add banana, flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla and milk.
- Blend until cake mixture is smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Top with vanilla icing if you like! Yum!
