How to make it
- Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
- Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased & floured cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 min.
- Remove from cookie sheets and allow to cool completely on wire racks.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate on wax paper-lined tray for at least 45 min.
- Makes 3 dozen
