Ingredients
- 8 cups whole almonds
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 egg white
- 2 teaspoon cold water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250*
- Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- Lightly beat the egg white, add water, beat until frothy but not stiff.
- Add the nuts, and stir until well coated.
- Mix the sugar, salt, and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the nuts. Toss to coat, and spread evenly on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour until golden, stirring occasionally.
- Allow to cool.
