How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Slice salmon into thin strips.
  • Heat cream over low heat until bubbly and thick.
  • Combine with cooked pasta over medium heat then add salmon and chopped dill.
  • Mix well and serve garnished with fresh dill sprigs.

    I love this smoked salmon pasta! It's soo good, especially if you also add a hint of herbs like chives or dill.

    I ditto the last comment. After a gourmet weekend I had some leftover smoked salmon, some cream and some pasta with dried dill in the pantry (as one does, of course!). Couldn't have come up with a better combination. Thanks heaps. Dinner tonight will be awesome AND gluten free to boot!

    What an awesome coincidence! I was just searching the web for a smoked salmon pasta sauce (have some good smoked salmon in the fridge). I logged on to Group Recipes and your recipe was the first thing I saw on home page under "New Today." Sounds perfect!!! Thanks!
