Neither sweat or salty. Can be eaten any time of the day. Try it for breakfast with a cup of milk or as a snack with a soda or as a snack in the evening with a glass of wine. Anyway you try it it's delicious.

I made these and they were fantastic! I did need to ad lib however as I did not have fennel, so added mint instead. Can't wait to make these next time as they were intended!
