How to make it

  • Stir the flour and snow together and add sweet milk for the batter consistency you like (these are delicate almost crepe like so be careful with the milk you only need a small amount)
  • using a very thin layer of butter fry the cakes on a griddle
  • eat with butter, sugar or syrup.

    Great post. When I was little I use to make snow candy....lol so healthy melted crisco or butter wtih cocoa and sugar. poured it into bottle caps and set it on the snow...lol What did I know back then!!
