Ribs in Crockpot Low Carb

- 3 pounds pork spareribs shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups sliced onion shopping list
- 1 bottle (18 oz.) barbecue sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Place ribs, meat side up, on a broiling pan. Sprinkle
- with salt and pepper. Broil 6 inches from the heat for
- 15-20 minutes or until browned. Cool; cut into
- serving-size pieces. Place onion in a slow cooker; top
- with ribs. Pour barbecue sauce over all. Cover and
- cook on high for 1 hour; reduce heat to low and cook
- 3-4 hours or until ribs are tender.
- Yield 4 servings.
