Ingredients

How to make it

  • chop onion
  • put hamburger and onion in large frying pan ( i use my chicken fryer)
  • saute until meat is done and onion is soft
  • wipe out any excess grease
  • add 3 cans V-8 juice
  • add cut up velveeta when it gets all melted it will look soupy
  • add spices of you choice.. I like mine peppery
  • cook over low heat until it starts to thicken and the flavors meld
  • cook the spaghetti. drain well. add to the meat and cheese. mix well
  • let cook on low until it looks thick enough and the spag. has pick up some of the sauce flavor.
  • It's not very fussy..
  • if it gets too thick add a little water

    This would be so family and kid friendly. Have to save for the kid. She will be so happy with these flavors. Not too spicy, yet cheesy enough to make her happy.

    Great recipe. I make this, omitting the V-8 juice, and substituting the diced tomatoes. We love it! For extra zest, I sometimes used diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel) - yummy.
