this is a recipe I got from a Swedish lady from Wisconsin..It's her version of Italian Spaghetti and meat sauce..it's more like Mac and Cheese. I have added my own touches to it since the orginal used tomato juice and no spices or onions..

Great recipe. I make this, omitting the V-8 juice, and substituting the diced tomatoes. We love it! For extra zest, I sometimes used diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel) - yummy.
