Cheesy Spaghetti

- 1 to 1 1/2 lb good hamburger shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 3 small cans V-8 juice or tomato juice ( 6oz size) shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb Velveeta cheese shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- lots of pepper shopping list
- 3/4 lb spaghette shopping list
- variations shopping list
- add mushrooms shopping list
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- chop onion
- put hamburger and onion in large frying pan ( i use my chicken fryer)
- saute until meat is done and onion is soft
- wipe out any excess grease
- add 3 cans V-8 juice
- add cut up velveeta when it gets all melted it will look soupy
- add spices of you choice.. I like mine peppery
- cook over low heat until it starts to thicken and the flavors meld
- cook the spaghetti. drain well. add to the meat and cheese. mix well
- let cook on low until it looks thick enough and the spag. has pick up some of the sauce flavor.
- It's not very fussy..
- if it gets too thick add a little water
