Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp apple pie spice shopping list
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 5 cups peeled, diced apples shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour 9x13" pan.
- Combine eggs and oil. Whisk until foamy.
- Mix flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, apple pie spice, and nutmeg in a separate bowl. Add to egg mixture, blending thoroughly.
- Add apples and mix until blended.
- Fold in sour cream and walnuts.
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
