Reuben Spread

Tastes like a mini Reuben sandwich. Differs slightly from most Reuben dip or spread recipes because of the addition of the caraway seeds.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix sauerkraut, onion and caraway seeds. Spread mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and dressing.
Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and the mayonnaise-dressing mixture on top of the sauerkraut.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve with cocktail rye bread.

Neat recipe! My wife and I live in Annapolis also... as do 18 other members including yourself! Problem is that most of them don't post recipes... durn. Keep up the good work! And thanks.
