I've tried a Recipe that was Pineapple Cookies as well. It was very similar to this one as a matter a fact almost identical. Thank you so much for this wonderful heart warming Recipe.
God bless you and your family.

I have been on a serious pineapple kick lately so I definitely have to try these... ASAP. LOL.

These sound awesome. Gonna make a batch today to bring in to work with me. (yeah.. i'm the token "Cookie Lady"... haha) Bet they will disappear fast!

    Thanks for the recipe.

I often use half butter and half shortening but I don't know about substituting the butter for shortening.

Very interesting recipe as I LOVE anything with pineapples. Just wondering if i can use 1/2 cup butter instead of shortening? Will it change the taste and consistency of your cookies?
