This is a fabulous recipe that I obtained from an estate sale a few years ago. It is very impressive on the platter and the taste is unbelievable. My family and friends beg for this delight

This recipe is heaven!!!I am not sure why but have not had beets in years.My cousin in Me. gave me huge beets out of his garden last weekend.Not only did I enjoy my nephews fab wedding but now have a recipe to add to my family.
