How to make it

  • Cook noodles in boiling salted water
  • As noodles are cooking, over medium heat place a skillet and melt butter
  • Once melted; sprinkle flour over butter and stir while letting the mixture cook about 1 minute
  • Add anchiovy paste to stock and mix together before adding to pan
  • Whisk in stock and let liquid cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes
  • Add half-n-half and mustard and bring to bubble
  • Turn to low until noodles are cooked,
  • Add tarragon, dill, tuna, shrimp, mushrooms & peas and season with salt and pepper
  • Add noodles into mixture inpan
  • Continue to cook until all ingredients are throughly heated (may want to turn heat up to medium low)
