Tuscan Chicken

- 4 large chicken breasts shopping list
- crushed garlic shopping list
- 2 tbsp. oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp. butter shopping list
- chopped onions (more or less, depending on your tastes) shopping list
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary shopping list
- 2 tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1 C. wine shopping list
- 1 can beef broth shopping list
How to make it
- Brown chicken pieces (3.5 lbs of thighs and breasts) in pan with crushed garlic and a little oil.
- Remove chicken and garlic, add a 2 tablespoons butter, chopped onions, and 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
- Add a couple of tablespoons of flour to make a little roux.
- Add 1 cup of wine and then 2 cups beef broth; return chicken to the pot and simmer until chicken is cooked through (7-8 minutes).
