Tuscan Chicken Recipe
A friend gave me this recipe the other day, and it was a big hit with my family, especially my two year old, who hates to eat anything. The sauce is absolutely delicious, and can double as gravy for a side of potatoes!

Ingredients
  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • chopped onions (more or less, depending on your tastes)
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 C. wine
  • 1 can beef broth

Directions
  1. Brown chicken pieces (3.5 lbs of thighs and breasts) in pan with crushed garlic and a little oil.
  2. Remove chicken and garlic, add a 2 tablespoons butter, chopped onions, and 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
  3. Add a couple of tablespoons of flour to make a little roux.
  4. Add 1 cup of wine and then 2 cups beef broth; return chicken to the pot and simmer until chicken is cooked through (7-8 minutes).
