How to make it

  • Brown chicken pieces (3.5 lbs of thighs and breasts) in pan with crushed garlic and a little oil.
  • Remove chicken and garlic, add a 2 tablespoons butter, chopped onions, and 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of flour to make a little roux.
  • Add 1 cup of wine and then 2 cups beef broth; return chicken to the pot and simmer until chicken is cooked through (7-8 minutes).
