Ingredients

How to make it

  • Brown turkey,onion and pepper in heavy skillet.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except chocolate.
  • Cover and simmer 1 hour. Last 10 mins. of cooking,add chocolate.
  • Remove bay leaves before serving.
  • Note: Trust me,you can't taste the chocolate but it adds to the taste.

    I like the chocolate idea, I use Kahula, and it does about the same thing, adds a little zing.

    I made it today it was so good and you dont taste the chocolate it just makes the broth alittle thicker.Try it you will like it..very easy to make.
