Mint chocolate almond fudge

- 2 cups of mint chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup of sliced almonds shopping list
- 1 2/3 cups of packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 cups of mini marshmellows shopping list
- 2/3 cup of evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- Plastic wrap for pan shopping list
How to make it
- put milk and sugar in a med. pot and heat to boiling
- reduce heat to med and boil for 5 minutes should start to look curdled
- remove from heat and add marshmellows stir until melted
- mix in almonds, vanilla, and chips
- Blend really well should look creamy and be some what thick
- place plastic wrap inside a 8x8 or 9x9 pan make sure to leave atleast 2 inches of wrap hanging over each side for removing the fudge later
- pour fudge into pan on top of plastic wrap
- put into fridge to cool do not cover
- after cools cut into small squares and serve
