Very easy and different with a nice combination of flavors.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves (1 ¼ lbs.)
  • 2 tbl. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Large Roma tomato, cut into 8 pieces
  • ¼ C crumbled, reduced fat, feta cheese (1 oz)

Directions
  1. Set oven to broil
  2. Brush both sides of chicken with dressing
  3. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pepper
  4. Place on rack in broiler pan
  5. Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat (about 10 minutes) turning once, until done.
  6. Top with tomato and cheese
  7. Broil 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is lightly browned
