Grizzly Bears Blue Cheese Butter Recipe

Ingredients

4 Ounces Blue Cheese ( your favorite)

2 Ounces butter

2 tablespoones Horseradish

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1/4 Cup fresh italian parsley, chopped

2 Shallots, chopped

salt and white pepper to taste

Directions

Blend cheese and butter just until combined, then mix in the rest of the ingredients and keep at room temperature to keep soft.
